Ithaca still reviewing ‘just cause’ termination policy

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Ithaca is looking at just cause termination. 

Alderperson Ducson Nguyen chaired a working group that was formed early last year. 

The group has done plenty of research already.

Mayor Robert Cantelmo has re-assembled the working group.

Nguyen says if adopted, just cause termination would provide more protection for employees.
