Johnson City woman accused of grand larceny in Nichols

NICHOLS, NY (607NewsNow) – A Johnson City woman is scheduled to appear soon in Nichols Town Court.

On January 24, Aleccia Labelle was arrested by Tioga County Sheriff’s deputies and charged with felony grand larceny and misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

The 27-year-old is accused of stealing a cell phone in Nichols and later selling it in the Town of Owego.

Labelle is due in Nichols Town Court on February 11.
