ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – A reopening date is set for an Ithaca business.

K-House Karaoke will open doors at its new downtown location on February 17, 2026.

The popular lounge moved out of its Triphammer Road spot over the summer. It’s taking over the space at the former Watershed and Downstairs bar in the Exchange Building. The Watershed and Downstairs closed last week due to local affordability issues and a diminishing nightlife scene in Ithaca.

Now doing business as the K-House Karaoke and Arts Hub, the new space will feature a café and restaurant, a karaoke lounge, a live music venue, and an arts center.

The K-House, which has been operating temporarily at the old Lot 10 space, is having its annual New Year’s Eve Party on Wednesday from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
