Koreman wants Tompkins County budget to include funding for parks, housing

ULYSSES, NY (607NewsNow) — Tompkins County Legislator Anne Koreman is laying out her budget priorities.

During a meeting on Sept. 9, Koreman said she’s pushing to “keep a small amount of money” in the budget for what the county gives to municipalities for parks and affordable housing issues.

This year marks Koreman’s eighth and final budget cycle. She’s not seeking re-election.
