Kruppa: Roughly ‘6 months’ before Tompkins County drug treatment center opens

ITHACA, NY (CortacaToday) — In 2025, Tompkins County’s drug treatment and stabilization center will open.

Whole Health Commissioner Frank Kruppa tells WHCU it will fill a void that was created after the Alcohol and Drug Council of Tompkins County abruptly closed earlier this year.

Kruppa adds the center on North Triphammer Road is slated to open before summer.

Cayuga Health’s bid was accepted by the county.
