Lansing man accepted money for incomplete construction work, deputies say

LANSING, NY (607NewsNow) — A Lansing man is charged with grand larceny.

Deputies say Dustin Kryszcuk accepted a large amount of money for construction work he never finished. A complaint was filed in March with the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office. 

The 54-year-old contractor was arrested Thursday, Sept. 3 after a search warrant was granted at 650 Davis Rd. in Lansing by a judge.

Sheriff Derek Osborne tells 607 News Now that Kryszcuk remains locked up at the Tompkins County jail without bail.
