Marathon man charged with grand larceny in Chemung County

VETERAN, NY (607NewsNow) – Chemung County authorities have caught up with a Cortland County man.

On September 3, deputies arrested James Dann of Marathon after a five-month pursuit. A warrant for Dann’s arrest was issued back on March 29 in the Town of Veteran.

The 33-year-old is charged with felony grand larceny. He was arraigned and sent to Chemung County Jail.
