ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — After six months of a new name and menu, Maru Korea will change its name back to Maru Ramen.

After rebranding to Maru Korea and offering a menu centered around traditional Korean cuisine back in January, the name change comes with a menu change. Offering their original Maru Ramen menu, the restaurant is once again serving authentic Japanese bone broth ramen.
