MORAVIA, NY (607NewsNow) – A Cayuga County man awaits his day in court.

On October 22, State Police received a report of a stolen 1993 Kubota 2250 tractor from Ted’s Way Trailer Park in Moravia. The park owner told troopers the tractor was taken in the early morning hours on October 21.

The following day, October 23, the park owner contacted troopers after receiving a tip through social media that the tractor may be in Sempronius. A search of a residence on Poverty Road allegedly turned up parts matching the description of the stolen tractor.

After an interview, Zackary Knapp, 28, was arrested and charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property.
