NAMI of the Finger Lakes opens registration for ‘Family-to-Family’ class

FINGER LAKES, NY (607NewsNow) — The National Alliance on Mental Illness of the Finger Lakes (NAMI) has opened registration for their Winter 2026 ‘Family-to-Family’ class.

‘Family-to-Family’ is a free, 8 session long education program open to anybody aged 18 years or older with a family member, partner, friend, or loved one living with a mental health condition. The sessions take place over Zoom every Tuesday from February 3rd to March 24th from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (EST).

The class aims to teach participants communication and problem-solving skills, tools for self-care and stress management, information on mental health conditions, treatments, and crisis planning, and more.

Participants can attend the class from anywhere within the U.S. but must register on the NAMI website here.
