No injuries in snowy Virgil crash

VIRGIL, NY (607NewsNow) – Everyone is okay after an accident in Cortland County.

On December 13, deputies responded to a reported personal injury motor vehicle crash in Virgil around 6 p.m. at West River and Snyder Hill Roads.

According to the investigation, an SUV traveling on Snyder Hill Road slid through the intersection due to snowy conditions, overturned, and struck a tree. The occupants were evaluated by EMS on the scene and released.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office received assistance from the Virgil Fire Department, TLC Ambulance, and CNY Towing.
