No serious injuries in Homer crash

HOMER, NY (607NewsNow) – One person is recovering after a crash in Homer.

On September 27, the Homer Fire Department was called to Route 281 and King Street around 2:10 p.m. for a report of a one vehicle accident.

When they arrived, firefighters found a truck had left the roadway and struck two utility poles before rolling over and resting on its side. That area of Route 281 was closed for several hours for power line repair.

The driver was reportedly taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
