NYSP make arrest in Cortland County rape investigation

HOMER, NY (607NewsNow) – An Onondaga County man is charged with rape in Cortland County, and authorities are seeking more information.

On December 5, State Police arrested Logan Boliver, of Fayetteville, following an investigation that began in November.

Boliver, 22, is accused of having sexual contact with someone under the age of 15. No information was provided on where and when the alleged crime occurred, but troopers say there could be more underage victims. Boliver was additionally charged with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
