One airlifted after early morning bike crash at Cornell

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – A cyclist is hospitalized after a crash in Ithaca.

On November 3, an unnamed victim suffered a head injury around 12:30 a.m. on Campus Road near Ho Plaza, according to the Cornell Daily Sun.

Bystanders claim the biker hit a curb, but the biker, who was not wearing a helmet, reported hitting a car. It’s unclear who the biker was or if they were a student.

Around 1:30 a.m., the victim was airlifted to a regional trauma center.
