Ovid Local Development Corporation hosts public meeting tonight

OVID, NY (607NewsNow) – The Ovid Local Development Corporation (OLDC) is holding a public meeting.

On August 5, the Ovid Fire Department (OFD) is hosting the OLDC to discuss the village’s comprehensive plan and how to rebuild Main Street following the devastating fire of January 2025.

Last month, Gary Xavier with the OLDC sat down to discuss the rebuilding plans with WHCU/607 This Morning’s Joe Salzone. You can listen to the interview here.

The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in the OFD Community Room.
