Owego man charged in domestic incident

OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – An Owego man is accused of damaging another person’s property.

Scott Winston was arrested last week after an investigation into what the Owego Police referred to as a “domestic violence incident” on Woodlawn Avenue.

No further details were provided. The 33-year-old Winston is charged with felony criminal mischief in the second degree and a harassment violation.

Winston was turned over to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment and released to appear in court at a later date.
