OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – An Owego man faces a felony.

According to the Owego Police Department, David Parmalee was arrested last week after an investigation into an alleged incident on Main Street in the Village.

The 39-year-old is charged with assault in the second degree. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

Parmalee will appear in court at a later date.
