OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) — Owego Police are charging a 46-year-old man with two felonies.

Shawn Fosdal is accused of threatening a gas station clerk with a knife Saturday on West Main St. Before leaving, police say Fosdal stole several items. For that incident, officers charged him with felony burglary and possession of a weapon.

In addition, Owego Police say Fosdal shoplifted from the same gas station a day earlier, for which he was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny, and broke the front door of the business on June 4.

On the latter alleged crime, Fosdal faced charges of felony burglary and criminal mischief.
