Police identify driver in fatal Spencer crash

SPENCER, NY (607NewsNow) — State Police have identified the driver killed in a Tioga County crash.

Authorities said 25-year-old Logan Williams, of Spencer, died Jan. 23. He was travelling on Van Etten Road in Spencer at the time of the crash.

Police said the Audi that Williams was driving “traveled off the roadway and entered the ditch, struck a culvert and became airborne then rolled.”

Williams was pronounced dead at Robert Packer Hospital.
