Police: One person injured in Ithaca Jungle stabbing

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — The Ithaca Police Department is investigating an alleged stabbing.

Officers responded to the Ithaca Jungle around 7:10 p.m. on Saturday. Police said they located one person suffering from stab wounds to the abdomen.

The victim was treated at the scene before they were taken to a trauma center. Officers believe the victim knew the suspect, who allegedly fled before police arrived.
