Police seize cocaine, shotgun, cash in Syracuse

SYRACUSE, NY (607NewsNow) — A drug bust in Syracuse has led to charges.

On Sept. 22, authorities executed a search warrant at a home on James Street. According to New York State Police, investigators seized roughly 155.9 grams of cocaine, 22.2 grams of crack cocaine, numerous Suboxone strips, digital scales, packaging materials, a 12-gauge shotgun, a cutting agent, and $8,277 in cash.

As part of the investigation, 42-year-old Akeem Brown was charged with two felonies and additional misdemeanors. 30-year-old Quanisha Duncan was also charged with a misdemeanor.
