Power outage causes Cortland Free Library to close early

CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) — The Cortland Free Library has closed early today.

Due to a power outage, the library will reopen at 9:30 a.m. on Friday. The library made the announcement on Facebook earlier this afternoon.
