DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) – Residents may notice blue flags in the Village of Dryden.

Officials say the flags are in place to mark manholes, which are being inspected over the next several weeks by the Department of Public Works and an engineering firm.

The village asks that flags be left alone and adds that inspectors will be walking along roads and near property lines.
