SPENCER, NY (607NewsNow) — A public hearing in Spencer is approaching.

The village is considering passing a law that would create a nighttime curfew for kids. It would affect children under the age of 16.

The hearing will take place on Dec. 1 at 6:30 p.m. at the Spencer Municipal Building.
