Spencer firefighters to host pancake breakfast

SPENCER, NY (607NewsNow) — Authorities in Tioga County will serve flapjacks this weekend. 

The Spencer Fire Department is hosting a pancake breakfast. Santa Claus will be there as a special guest.

The breakfast takes place on Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
