Dewitt is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, petit larceny, and possession of stolen property, all misdemeanors. Dewitt, on probation for a domestic-related incident with a qualifying offense within five years, is additionally charged with felony aggravated family offense. He is being held in Cayuga County Jail.
