The SUNY Cortland baseball team is on an eight-game win streak. The Red Dragons dominated John Jay 22-0. Junior infielder Danny Jackson led the way with three hits and three RBI.

Five straight losses for the Cornell baseball team. The Big Red fell to Binghamton 8-5.

The Sabres lost to the Maple Leafs 4-0. Buffalo allowed three goals in the third period.

The Islanders fell to the Capitals 3-1. Jean-Gabriel Pageau scored the lone goal for New York.
