SUNY Cortland women’s lacrosse stretches win streak

FREDONIA, NY (607NewsNow) — The Red Dragons are red-hot.

On Wednesday, the SUNY Cortland women’s lacrosse team won its seventh game in a row. The Red Dragons topped Fredonia 13-4.

Cortland freshman Sydney Elizalde scored four goals in the victory. Her teammate, junior Ashley Melillo, also had four goals.

The game ended early in the fourth quarter due to severe weather in the area.
