Scott Winston, of Owego, was arrested last week after an investigation into an alleged domestic violence incident on Woodlawn Avenue in the village.

It follows a similar arrest the prior week, when the 33-year-old was charged with felony aggravated family offense and misdemeanor menacing, and a February arrest where Winston was charged with felony criminal mischief and harassment.

Winston now faces additional felonies of aggravated family offense and criminal contempt. According to the Owego Police Department, he was held on $2,000 cash bail.
