Tioga County man charged in alleged domestic dispute

NICHOLS, NY (607NewsNow) – A Tioga County man faces multiple charges after an alleged domestic dispute.

On March 23, deputies arrested Albert Fredenburg Jr. after a brief investigation into the incident. The 41-year-old Nichols man is accused of using his vehicle to chase the victim down after the incident and hitting their car in an effort to stop them.

Fredenburg is charged with felony attempted assault, misdemeanor reckless endangerment, misdemeanor criminal mischief, and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child. It’s unclear if the child was present during the dispute or in the vehicle during the dispute.

Fredenburg is due back in Nichols Town Court later today.
