ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Tompkins County’s infrastructure is old. 

Scott Freyburger is a public health engineer with Tompkins County Whole Health. He shared his thoughts Monday on Ithaca’s Morning News.

A water main break last week in Danby wasn’t an isolated problem.
