OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – State Police have identified the victim in a fatal Owego crash.

Troopers say Warren Loza, of Vestal, was riding his motorcycle on State Route 434 on the morning of June 3 when an SUV, which did not see him, entered the roadway.

The 39-year-old could not avoid the vehicle, and despite life-saving measures, died at the scene. The driver of the SUV was transported to a hospital for treatment and is cooperating with the investigation.
