ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) – Two men from Brooklyn face drug charges in Ithaca.

On March 20, the Ithaca-Tompkins Specialized Response team executed a “high-risk” vehicle search on Route 79 near the Tompkins/Tioga County line just before 1 a.m.

Adrian Golding and Joseph Robertson were taken into custody. A subsequent search at a home in the 100 block of Morris Avenue in the city allegedly uncovered over 3 pounds of meth and 3 ounces of cocaine. Cash, drug paraphernalia, and digital scales were also recovered at the scene.

Each man is charged with two counts of drug possession, and Golding faces an additional felony as a New York State parole absconder.

Golding and Robertson are being held in Tompkins County Jail without bail.

According to the Ithaca Police Department, the investigation is ongoing, and more arrests and charges are expected.
