Two Syracuse women charged with retail theft in Cortlandville

CORTLANDVILLE, NY (607NewsNow) – Two women from Syracuse face charges in Cortlandville.

On October 30, State Police were called to Tractor Supply on Route 13 for a report of two people allegedly stealing from the store.

Nyraeisa Bibbs, 27, and Naughtica Fulton, 23, are accused of stealing several Carhartt jackets and fleeing the area. With a description of the vehicle and suspects, Troopers initiated a traffic stop on Route 281 near the I-81 connector, where they allegedly found Bibbs and Fulton with the jackets.

Bibbs is charged with misdemeanor petit larceny, and Fulton is charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of stolen property.

The pair were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear at the Cortlandville Town Court on November 24.
