CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – An agreement between Cortland and wastewater treatment plant employees has been postponed again.

City lawmakers were poised to authorize a new collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local 317 at the February 3 Common Council meeting, but the matter was pushed back to March 3 after an executive session.

According to the Cortland Standard, officials did not provide a reason for the delay.

The tentative four-year contract was previously delayed in January.
