DRYDEN, NY (607NewsNow) – No cause for alarm in the Village of Dryden.

On November 22, the Dryden Fire Department will conduct tests on the village fire and warning siren.

Around 12 p.m. on Saturday, residents should expect to hear the siren go on and off for 10-15 minutes with different durations and pitches.

Dryden Fire asks residents to refrain from calling 911 and keep pets inside as a precaution.
