VIRGIL, NY (607NewsNow) — A Cortland County town has finalized its spending plan.

The Virgil Town Board has approved its 2026 budget. The unanimous vote was held on Nov. 13.

Elsewhere, the Nichols Town Board has adopted its budget for 2026. The roughly $2.7 million spending plan was approved on Nov. 10.
