LISLE, NY (607NewsNow) — A Virginia teen is recovering from a crash on I-81.

Authorities say Paul Veeder III, of Falls Church, Virginia, was changing lanes Friday afternoon on the interstate near Lisle when he lost control of the SUV and rolled over.

A 19-year-old backseat passenger who was not wearing a seatbelt was ejected and pinned under the vehicle. “She was transported to Wilson Medical Center, where she is being treated for her injuries that are not considered life-threatening,” troopers said.

In addition, the 59-year-old Veeder and three other passengers were evaluated and treated at Wilson Medical Center. Veeder was issued traffic tickets.
