CORTLAND, NY (607NewsNow) – There’s a new leader at the YWCA Cortland.

According to the Cortland Standard, Carrie Narrow has been named executive director of the nonprofit community center.

Narrow comes from Cortland ReUse, where she’s been the executive director since 2023. She takes over for Kelly Tobin, who has served in the role since 2015.

Narrow’s appointment begins September 8.
