“A Walk In The Country” Donation Stops!

We’re coming up on Step 2 of our “2 Steps to Fight Hunger”

“A Walk in the Country” is on Sunday, October 2nd at Treman Park.

In years past, during my walk, we would stop at various businesses at the end of each day. This year, those wonderful sponsors have agreed to host “visits” leading up to the big day. We’ll be stopping at several businesses over the next few weeks as an opportunity for people to either register in person for “A Walk in the Country” or to donate…

Or both!

Here’s where we’ll be:
The Falls Tavern in Trumansburg -September 20th from 5-6pm

Roman Village in Groton -September 22nd from 5-6pm

Stella’s Barn & Country Comfort in Newfield -September 26th from 5-6pm

Dryden Hotel in Dryden – September 28th from 5-6pm

Remember, every penny goes to the Food Bank of the Southern Tier to support the Backpack Program right here in Tompkins County.

As always, we thank our sponsors: Tompkins Trust Company, CSP Management, The Drain Brain, Wegmans and Advantage Sport and Fitness.

Hope we’ll see you there!
