Wake Up Q

Chris Allinger…Dancing??

Chris here…

Yup, you read that right.

I’m going to be dancing at this year’s “Dance The Night Away” Benefit for the Kitchen Theater of Ithaca.  The event is March 5th from 7-11PM.  It’s a great evening of music and dancing with special performances from some familiar area names.  In fact, I’ve agreed to be paired up with a professional dancer for a song. (Think “Dancing with the Stars” if they only had a, you know…star.)

NOW HEAR THIS!

My New Offer to entice you to donate to my dance!  If I can raise $1000. by the time my feet hit the stage, I will, once again, walk down the Commons on a Saturday at High Noon while wearing a tutu!

But that’s not all!!

I will stop at the Bernie Milton Pavilion on my way and sing “I’m A Little Teapot” from the center of the stage!!!

Anyway, I’ll be doing my best both dancing and raising funds to keep the great “conversations in the Kitchen” happening.  If you’d like to buy tickets to this fun event or sponsor my performance, you can hit up their page here

I hope I’ll see you at the event or that you might sponsor my effort.

Thanks!

Chris

As the percussive horns of Stevie Wonder's "Sir Duke" filled the air, Philadelphia Eagles coach Nick Sirianni — wearing a black T-shirt bearing the words, "Been there, won that" — made the rounds in the locker room, offering hand clasps and back slaps to his players after they accomplished something that hadn't happened in two decades: win a second consecutive NFC East title.
