The ACMs have opened up fan voting in two categories.  They are:  Entertainer of the Year, with the nominees of Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton and Taylor Swift . . . and the New Artist of the Year:  Those nominees are Brantley Gilbert, Jana Kramer and Florida Georgia Line.  The ACMs are April 7th.
